This is a blend of coffees from all five farms mentioned above. Most of the coffee is peaberry and thanks to the variety of the different coffees that compose the blend this is a very complex lot full of wonderful flavors.
Subregion: Southwestern Antioquia – Amagá and Titiribí Town.
Elevation: 1.600 – 1.900m above sea level.
Processing Method: Washed and sun-dried
Harvest Season: November 2017 through March 2018.
Profile Notes: Chocolate, almond, peach, stone fruits, caramel, cinnamon, sugar cane.
