Wonderful custom roast with old Jr. High buddy

Thanks to the Finch family for swinging by on their trip! We had a great time roasting some Organic SWP Decaf from Mexico as well as our direct trade Micro Lot from Las Palomas. The kids enjoyed the learning experience and even got to take some green coffee beans with them to study later. Mother-in-law was very pleased as well – always a plus!
